After conducting a national search, Lisa Cummins Cohen joins the team  

AMES, IA (January 17, 2023) — Summit Carbon Solutions, the developer of a large-scale carbon capture, transport, and sequestration project, is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Cummins Cohen as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer. This strategic addition to the Summit Carbon Solutions leadership team comes after a comprehensive search. 

Lisa brings to the company more than 25 years of experience in energy and infrastructure finance, including financing multi-billion-dollar projects and managing complex capital structures. Prior to joining Summit Carbon Solutions, Lisa served as EVP and CFO of Mexico Pacific Limited, LLC, as Vice President and Treasurer of Cheniere Energy, Inc. (NYSE: LNG), and as CFO of Torch Energy. Lisa’s impressive track record in project financing for large infrastructure projects makes her a perfect fit for Summit Carbon Solutions.
