However, if you suspect Summit Carbon Solutions, or someone associated with Summit Carbon Solutions, has engaged in unethical or illegal activity, you can report that information through our Ethics Hotline. We encourage our employees, suppliers, vendors, and any community members to report any suspected violations of laws, regulations, or company policy. An employee can seek guidance from their normal reporting channels: supervisor, next levels of management, or Human Resources. In addition, anyone is welcome to contact 1-855-387-4430 or click “New Report” below to report through the Ethics Hotline. The Ethics Hotline is operated by an independent third party to ensure confidentiality and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Those reporting suspected violations may remain anonymous.

We all have a responsibility to promptly report unauthorized or unlawful activity. Speaking up is always the right thing to do.
