Systems Administrator

We are currently seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and energetic professional for a full-time Systems Administrator position.  They will join our Information Technology team to provide subject matter expertise in all aspects of Microsoft 365.  In the role you will partner with project teams, vendors, and support organizations to implement and support existing and future M365 workloads.

Your Impact

  • Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for all M365 technologies and services
  • Responsible for technical leadership and implementation within our M365 tenant
  • Perform day to day activities including Azure Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint, Endpoint Manager and OneDrive administration
  • Manage M365 compliance, security, and backup solutions
  • Develop Endpoint Manager policies, configurations and deployments providing secure access to company resources
  • Work closely with vendors including Microsoft to resolve system issues in a timely manner
  • Create Training Programs to educate end users on new Microsoft technologies
  • Assist in creating materials for end-user documentation and frequently asked questions
  • Track and manage all Office 365 user and application licenses
  • Work with IT Leadership to establish and implement IT policies and procedures including Change Management, Incident Management, and Release Management.
  • Stay current on latest trends in Microsoft stack applications and systems
  • Provide back-up support to help desk team

Your Experience

  • Industry specific certifications or degree are preferred but not required
  • 5-7 years relevant experience providing support in a professional IT environment
  • A minimum of 3+ years of Office 365 management experience
  • Expert Knowledge of Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Endpoint Manager, OneDrive, AzureAD
  • PowerShell scripting expertise within Office 365 / Azure AD / Teams / SharePoint
  • Experience with AWS and Azure is a plus
  • Strong communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proficient and hands-on experience in Dell, Meraki, Trend Micro, SharePoint, Intune, Teams.
  • Must be customer focused, process driven, results oriented, and well organized
